18-10-2017 Heard Sri Ashok Kumar, learned counsel assisted by Dr. Bidhu Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that in the present case, only about 4 liters of country-made liquor was shown to be recovered, which was hanging on the mudguard of the petitioner's motorcycle.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.
The prayer is allowed.
