2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the informant on his pulsar motorcycle was going to his village, in the meantime four boys who were already sitting in ambush stopped his motorcycle threw bricks on the head of the informant and he fell down. All accused persons surrounded him and on the point of pistol they took his motorcycle, four mobile phones, one purse including Rs. 5,000/- cash and they also took ATM cards, Adhar card,

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in this case. There is nothing against him in the entire case diary except the confessional statement of co-accused.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Manjhol in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
6. The learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is detected that there is any other case against him except the present one, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
