The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named seven persons including the petitioner, Nand Kishore Sahni and alleged that the accused persons abused his son Ram Kripal Sahni. When Ram Kripal Sahni objected, co-accused Bijali Sahni gave dagger blow in the abdomen of Ram Kripal Sahni. Thereafter, accused persons

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1936 of 2015 (2) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 assaulted with fists and slaps. The Doctor found one incised wound 3⁄4 " x 1⁄2 " on abdomen cavity deep. Co-accused Chandra Kishore Sahni @ Chandu Sahni has been granted bail vide order dated 26.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41526 of 2014. Considering the facts aforesaid that co-accused Bijli Sahni is alleged to have gave dagger blow on the abdomen of the deceased, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2014.
