"That though this writ petitioner prays for issuance of a direction in the name of respondents specially respondent no.3 firstly to make an enquiry on written complain by petitioner submitted in the office of Respondent No.3 as contained in Annexure-1 against encroachment of public road by Respondent no.8 and his sons and also prays for issuance of a direction in the name of Respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.21443 of 2013(5) dt.17-03-2023 2/2 remove the encroachment by demolishing the illegal construction raised over public road by for any other relief (s) for which the petitioner is Respondent no.8 and his sons and further prays found entitled in the eyes of law."

Considering the nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the competent respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
