JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506 and 386/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused persons stop the tractor of the informant and demanded Rangdari of Rs. 50,000 from the informant. It is further alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons snatched Rs. 930/- from the pocket of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in jail custody since 09.09.2014. It is further submitted that petitioner has been made in other two cases except this case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief

Case No. 80 of 2014, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in future. Further condition that petitioner will file Hazri in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for one year. Further condition that petitioner will not indulge in such activity in future and any case instituted against the petitioner then bail bond of the petitioner shall stand cancelled.
