JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners have filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to make payment of the grant released by the State Government to the petitioners for the financial year 2015-16 (Academic Session 2008-11). The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grant for the academic session 2008-11 was allocated by the State Government to the Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara. It is supposed to be used for payment to the teaching and nonteaching employee of the college. The State Government has already issued guideline for utilization of such fund and the respondents are supposed to follow the guideline in the matter of the grant received from the State Government for payment of teaching and non-teaching staffs.
In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent Nos. 8 and 9 to act strictly in accordance with the guideline of the State Government for
Patna High Court CWJC No.3674 of 2018(2) dt.30-03-2018 3/3 distribution of fund towards payment to the teaching and nonteaching employee, if not already allocated towards the teaching and non-teaching staff and the appropriate decision with regard to the entitlement of the petitioner shall be completed within a maximum period of four months from today.
