(ii) To grant any other relief in favour of the petitioners for which the petitioners are found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it will suffice if the petitioners' representation dated 30.10.2017 (Annexure-9) filed before the Electrical Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 6) is directed to be disposed of, in which event, the present writ petition need not be pressed on merits.

3. None appears on behalf of the respondents despite repeated calls.

4. Having regard to the nature of the grievances and the stand of the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Electrical Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 6) to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 30.10.2017 (Annexure-9), if the same is still pending before him, after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within
