2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant alleged that on 18.06.2024 , due to dispute over pathway , altercation took place in which it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this this petitioner assaulted informant and his brother.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . Allegation of assault is general and

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM Darbhanga in Sadar Police Station Case No. 249 of 2024 .
