The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing the notice issued by the Anchal Adhikari, Chakia vide letter no. 264 dated 03.02.2023 in name of Rajkishore Singh, the cousin brother of petitioner because there is house of petitioner.

(ii) For quashing the order dated 15.06.2023 passed by the Sub Divisional public Grievance Redressal Officer Chakia in Complaint No., 502510227122202322 filed by the Chunu Kumar respondent No. 4 whereby he has been pleased to direct the applicant to appear before the Anchal Adhikari, Chakia

Patna High Court CWJC No.10779 of 2023(2) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 and dropped the proceedings.

(iii) For issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the Anchal Adhikari, Chakia to consider the show-cause filed on behalf of on Rajkishore Singh aforesaid accepting the same and to create Jamabandi of the disputed partition of land in name of petitioner similar to other part of the land of plot no. 644 because petitioner is coming in possession over the land in dispute more than 100 years from the life time of his great grand father namely Nand Lal rai."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
