Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it was detected that looted mobile was being used by the wife of the petitioner and on the basis of aforesaid revelation, the petitioner has been made accused in this case. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 30.12.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
