The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 341, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by Rajbali Rai, being the uncle of the petitioner, that the petitioner got a gift deed executed from the brother of his grandfather namely, Shiv Dayal Rai. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the person, who executed the gift deed, has not alleged anything and the gift deed is amenable to challenge in civil proceeding. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. Learned APP submits that there is specific accusation

Considering the accusation arising out of civil nature of dispute and statement being made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 682 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
