JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Barauni P.S.Case No. 215/2013 for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- II, Begusarai.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. Earlier this Court has rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner vide order dated 04.12.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 48734/2013. At this stage this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected once again.

However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial
