The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Azamnagar (Salmari O.P) P.S. Case no. 89 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that informant had gone to attend call of nature in the Maize field, at that time, petitioner along with one unknown reached there and on folding eyes of the informant started to cause assault and also to press her neck with intention to kill her. On raising alarm, nearby people reached there then petitioner and his associate fled away from there snatching her silver chain from her neck. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45776 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 Rani Devi, wife of petitioner, had filed Complaint Case No. 590 of 2019 against husband of the informant and others for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 147, 448, 354(B) and 380 of the Indian Penal Code due to that reasons, Janak Yadav, husband of the informant, managed to lodge the present case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Azam Nagar (Salmari O.P) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
