2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103, 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 30.03.2025 at about 8 PM, co-accused Raju Kumar Mukhiya came at the house of informant and took his son, namely, Raushan Kumar to the house of this petitioner in the name of treatment and thereafter, his dead body was found in the wheat field of coaccused Jhagru Baitha. This petitioner was last seen with the deceased. Informant suspects that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, committed murder of his son.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is only alleged to be last seen with the deceased and has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the fact that petitioner was last seen with the deceased, thereafter, his dead body was recovered, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
