Petitioner is in jail custody since 05.05.2014 on the accusation that he entered into an agreement with the complainant as well as his brother but later on, he violated the terms of the said agreement and allotted flats to some other persons instead of the complainant and others.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
