In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No.161 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Allegation has been made that the accused persons including the present petitioner have killed the victim by strangulation. Defence has been taken that dispute between the husband and wife with respect of the share in the house was going on and that led to commission of suicide.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6367 of 2016 (2) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 petitioner is suffering from paralysis and it is very difficult for her to remain in the jail custody.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Parvila Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Hilsa, in connection with Parwalpur P.S.
