Petitioner and some others were caught in objectionable condition at the time of raid and according to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Ravi Kumar, who was running brothel so, at best, it could be said that petitioner was a customer. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Special ( POCSO) Case No. 124 of 2015, arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No.41 of 2015..
