The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police arrested one Sikandar Kumar Yadav and, from his possession, one stolen laptop was recovered. Sikandar Kumar Yadav disclosed the name of the petitioner and also disclosed that many stolen articles were kept by the petitioner. On such, the petitioner was arrested and from his possession, four mobiles of different companies were recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 02.07.2014. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more then eight months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4329 of 2015 (3) dt.23-03-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sikarahana at Motihari, East Champaran in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 212 of 2014.
