The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 31, 32, 36, 38, 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Total 1774.8 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from Tata 407 vehicle.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the vehicle in question and has got no concern with the seized liquor. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Case No. 278 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
