JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present writ petition is assailing the validity and correctness of the punishment order passed by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Saran Division, Chapra contained in memo no. 445 dated 11.06.2020 whereby withholding one increment of pay with cumulative effect without proper consideration of facts and law and for other necessary relief/reliefs on the basis of the facts and circumstances of the case as stated hereinafter."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.17268 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 11.6.2020, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
