JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Nayaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017 for an offence under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 327, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation in the instant case is levelled against co-accused Rajesh Kumar who has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 51804 of 2017 vide order dated 3.11.2017.
Considering the fact that the allegation against this petitioner is identical to that of Rajesh Kumar who has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 3.11.2017 in Cr. Misc.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53742 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 No. 51804 of 2017, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jeevan Lal, A.C.J.M. 1st, Munger, in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
