In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 195 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 417, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
An allegation has been made that the petitioner has obtained loan from the State Bank of India on the basis of forged and fabricated income tax return.
Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs. one lac) within fortnight from the date of release and he will regularly pay the installment of the bank loan without any fail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6424 of 2016 (2) dt.29-02-2016 On the basis of the aforesaid undertaking of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, namely, Md. Belal Faridi @ Md. Belal Afridi, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 195 of 2015, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner.
It is made clear that if the petitioner would fail to deposit Rs. 1 lac within a period of fortnight from the date of release, it will be deemed that the bail granted to the petitioner has been withdrawn.
