The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that one Sanjiv Mishra fraudulently had obtained the loan for his vehicle from Mahindra Finance and this petitioner was a Guarantor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, the petitioner was completely unaware that Sanjiv Mishra was obtaining the loan fraudulently on the vehicle of the informant,

No.58851 of 2021(2) dt.11-07-2022 2/2 it is next submitted that Sanjiv Mishra has already cleared the loan amount and he has been granted bail by the learned court below itself and the petitioner being guarantor is now running from pillar to post. Learned counsel next submits that a compromise has been entered between informant and Sanjiv Kumar Mishra as recorded at Paragraph-13 of the anticipatory bail application.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Singheswar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Shivam/- U T
