It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statements, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 18.9.2015. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S.
