ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 27-07-2026 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel for the State and learned Counsel for the CSBC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents to produce before this Hon'ble Court the complete video recording of the Physical Efficiency Test events as well as re-evaluating of Physical Efficiency Test Mark's in regards of Petitioner.
(ii) For a further directing on respondent to Permit Inspection and provide access to the relevant Video recording of the Petitioner's Physical Efficiency

(iii) For a further direction on respondents, upon verification of the Video recording and direct the respondents to reconsider the candidature of the Petitioner for appointment to the Post of constable if it is found that the Petitioner had successfully completed all prescribed Physical Efficiency Test in light of Advertisement (Advt No- 01/2025,dated-10.03.2025) for selection of constable under Bihar Government. (iv) For a further directing on respondent that one post of constable be kept Vacant during Pendency of this writ petition. Since the petitioner has all the successfully qualified physical Examination (including Running High Jump and gola throw) within the stipulated time, so she ought to be included in the successful final merit list for the post of constable under the concerning Reserved Seats of the petitioner.
(v) Any other relief or reliefs be also granted to the Petitioner for which they may be found entitled to."
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that for redressal of grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 29/05/2026 before the Chairman, Central Selection Board of constables (CSBC), Bihar, Patna(as contained in Annexure P/8 to the writ petition).
4. Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that the petitioner ought to have filed representation before the Secretary, Central Selection Board of Constables(CSBC), Bihar, Patna but he has filed his representation before the wrong forum.
5. In the aforesaid background, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before respondent No.3,
Patna High Court CWJC No.10971 of 2026(2) dt.27-07-2026 3/3 namely, the Secretary, Central Selection Board of Constables(CSBC), Bihar, Patna, raising all his grievances as raised in present writ petition, along with a copy of this order, within 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the representation, the respondent No.3, is directed to take a decision on the said representation within 90 days from the date of its filing, with a reasoned and speaking order.
6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
