JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Supaul P.S.Case No. 442 of 2014 registered u/s 366(A) IPC. Allegation has been made that when the victim had gone for attending the natural call, while returning, she was forcibly taken on a motor cycle and was brought to unknown place where allegation has been made that the petitioner established physical relationship with the victim. Petitioner is in custody since 29th September 2014.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. His prayer for bail is rejected. However, if so advised, petitioner may renew his prayer after one year custody.
