The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.4433 of 2013(3) dt.25-02-2023 2/3 "That this application is being filed for quashing of the order dated 21.6.2012, 28.6.2012 and 28.7.2012 passed by D.C.L.R., Dehri (Rohtas) in Misc. Case No.1 of 2012-13 and for ad interim order staying the operation of the aforesaid orders being passed during the pendency of this writ application."

At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State that the petitioners have an alternate and efficacious remedy of filing a revision application against the order impugned under section 8 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners having heard the observation of this Court, seeks permission to withdraw this application to move before the appropriate authority by filing a revision application under the Act.

The writ application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

In case, the revision application is preferred within a period of eight weeks from today, in considering the application filed for condonation of delay in filing of the revision application, the authority concerned shall take into consideration
