The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 76 of 2014, arising out of Vigilance Case No. 80 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7/13(2) read with Sections 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. The informant alleged that the petitioner was working as Divisional Accountant in Rural Works Department, Phoolparas Division and he demanded money for passing of the bill. The petitioner was apprehended red handed while accepting bribe of Rs. 50,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 04.11.2014 and the charge sheet has already been submitted.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3491 of 2015 (3) dt.02-02-2015 charge sheet has already been submitted, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Vigilance (Trap), Patna in connection with Special Case No. 76 of 2014, arising out of Vigilance Case No. 80 of 2014.
