This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Pasraha P.S. Case No. 82 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 356, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the F.I.R. on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused but in view of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
