Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.09.2014 on the accusation that stolen motorcycle and fire arms were recovered from his conscious possession for which present case as well as one anther case i.e. Janta Bazar P.S. Case no. 81/2014 were registered against the petitioner and investigation of this case has already been completed and it appears that even after completion of investigation, police could not succeed to ascertain as to whether stolen motorcycle was stolen property or not.

Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent except present one as well as Janta Bazar P.S. Case no. 81/2014. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran
