JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make the District Programme Officer, Katihar as respondent no. 6 to the present writ petition. The prayer is allowed.
The petitioner may add the respondent no. 6 as partyrespondent during the course of the day. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the respondent no. 6 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose off the same in a specified time frame.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a
Patna High Court CWJC No.2774 of 2018 (2) dt.12-03-2018 2/2 representation regarding her grievances mentioned in the writ petition within two weeks from today before the respondent no. 6 and the respondent no. 6 shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter by a speaking and reasoned order.
