2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner was found to be riding a stolen motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 28.02.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50144 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur (Arrah) in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2024.
7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Narayanpur Police Station, Bhojpur on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
