JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-09-2024 This is an application for quashing the F.I.R. bearing Brahampur (Chakki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 779 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 427, 433, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Later on Section 337, 338 and Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the points at an appropriate stage i.e. at the stage of framing of charge.
