The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2017 registered under Sections 420/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the present case is out and out a civil

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52974 of 2017 (3) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 dispute. Petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.
