JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 The petitioner has been made named accused in Rajiv Nagar P.S.Case No.200 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 341, 427, 384, 504, 420, 467, 468 and 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. By filing the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs in paragraph 1 :- "1. That the instant Criminal writ application has been preferred for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s);
(i) For restraining the respondent authorities from falsely implicating the petitioner in a criminal case bearing Rajiv Nagar P.S.Case No.200/13 under section 323, 341, 427, 384, 504, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 IPC.
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.71 of 2014 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 (ii) To take stern action against the police officials who have acted illegally and misused the provisions of Cr.P.C.
(iii) To direct the respondent authorities to pay the compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- to the petitioner for harassment, mental agony and loss of reputation.
(iv) To pass such other order(s)/direction(s) as may be deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court."
