The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. case No. 206 of 2019 registered under Section 354, 341, 323, 448, 504/34 of the IPC.

The informant, Imran Mian, named the petitioners and their father and alleged that they all started pelting stones causing injury to the informant and his family members. The petitioners are alleged to have put down the wife of informant on the ground with bad intention.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44838 of 2019(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are next door neighbours of the informant. Some verbal altercation took place between two sides on a petty dispute. The injuries found on the person of informant are superficial and simple in nature. The case has been compromised.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that the case has been compromised, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. case No. 206 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
