Case No. 212 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 20(b) (ii)©, 22, 27(A), 29 of N. D. P. S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. During investigation also, nothing has come against this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
