2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 74, 76, 352, 351(2), 3(5), 303(2) and 103(1) of the BNS.

3. As per FIR, this petitioner assaulted on the head of the son of the informant by iron rod due to which he died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Both the parties are agnates. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that there is direct and specific

No.46400 of 2025(4) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 allegation against this petitioner that he assaulted on the head of the son of the informant by iron rod as a result of which he died and post-mortem report reveals that cause of death appears to be injuries sustained in fight. Hence, he does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.
