The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 302 and other sections of the I.P.C.

No.2880 of 2015 (3) dt.10-03-2015 2 / 2 The informant, Choukidar, named the petitioner along with other accused persons, and alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons on the pretext of being thief, brutally assaulted two persons. Consequently, both died. It is submitted that the other accused persons, nine in number, have been enlarged on bail by order dated 4-2-2015 in Cr.Misc. No. 47071/14 & analogous cases.

Having considered the fact that the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of the other accused persons, who have already been enlarged on bail, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, S.C./S.T.(POA) Act, Chapra, in connection with Baniapur P.S. Case No. 222/14.
