One cartridge, some ornaments and cash as well as mobile set are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner no.1 whereas two live cartridges, some cash and three daggers along with one mobile set are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner no.2 for which petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 20.12.2015. .Para 3 of the petition shows that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rajani Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Gopalpur P.S. Case no. 185/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
