The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner took loan of Rs.80,000/- but he failed to return.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on the basis of the agreement the claim has been made by the complainant is apparently appears to be forged and a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2369 of 2015 (02) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Complaint Case No. 599 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
