2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of order dated 21.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61831 of 2018 by granting six weeks' further time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018 as the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bonds owing to treatment of his illness.

3. Owing to the extenuating circumstances as described in the modification petition, the time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bond before the learned Court below in terms of the order dated 21.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61831 of 2018 is hereby extended by a period of six weeks from today.

4. The modification petition stands allowed.
