2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have shot at the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any crime. He is in jail since 26.09.2023

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He further submitted that sufficient materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected.
