The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 324, 326, 379, 307, 504, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code in which section 302 IPC was added later on.

The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons tried to outrage the modesty of the informant and when her husband came in her rescue, he was assaulted by them due to which he sustained injury and later died.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 22.5.2019 and have got no

The main allegation is against the coaccused namely Upendra Das who is alleged to have assaulted upon the deceased. There is no allegation of assault alleged against the petitioner upon the deceased. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Annexure-3 to the present application. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge, 1st, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 310/2018.
