JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 Prayer has been made in the writ petition for reevaluation of the petitioner's result. The petitioner had participated in the process of selection for appointment on the post of Enforcement Sub Inspector.

The parties are in agreement that the issue now stands settled in light of decision of the Division Bench in the case of Sanjeet Kumar Roy vs. Bihar Staff Selection Commission & others in LPA No. 75 of 2014. The Division Bench of this Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.5887 of 2013(4) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 in the said judgment has decided the issue as follows:- "6. In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Mukesh Trhakur and Rajesh Kumar (supra) as considered by this Court in Ravindra Kumar Singh's case (supra), we find that the appellants cannot be permitted to dispute the opinion of the experts in finalizing the model answer key. The re-evaluation of the answer sheet is beyond the scope of judicial review.

7. Consequently, we do not find any merit in the present Letters Patent Appeal. The same is dismissed."

In view of the issue having been decided by the Division Bench no further adjudication is required in the instant proceeding.

The writ petition is dismissed.
