2. On 08.02.2024, a co-ordinate Bench directed the Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger to submit a report on the payment of the amount directed by the said Court and the report was to be submitted within two weeks and the matter was posted for 22.02.2024.

3. As per the office note, the order was sent to the concerned Court (learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger) on 12.02.2024 which also followed the communication through ordinary process.

4. As per the office report dated 21.02.2024, the report has not been sent.

5. The learned Prinicipal Judge, Family Court, Munger will submit his personal show cause for not sending the report in time.

6. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that

Patna High Court MJC No.2599 of 2019(5) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 he is diligently paying the amount though learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to substantiate the claim in view of the fact that nothing is being communicated to him.

7. However, both the parties agreed that to take the matter to its logical conclusion, the case can be transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger.

8. In view of the aforesaid fact, let the Matrimonial Divorce Case no. 242/18 pending before the Court of Prinicipal Judge, Family Court, Munger be transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur.

9. The MJC No. 2599 of 2019 stands disposed of.

10. Once the case is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur, he will see to it that the same be concluded preferably within a period one year from the day the file is received in his office.

11. The matter will be taken up under the heading 'To Be Mentioned" to peruse the show cause of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger.
