The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner is cousin father-in-law of the deceased. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioner is separate in mess & property and has got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let
