ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the Petitioners are ready to deposit a sum of Rs.32,000/- each, which is the alleged defalcated amount, without prejudice to their case, let them do so within a period of

On deposit of such amount, let the petitioners above named be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. case No.131 of 2014 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Amit Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamui, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also conditions (i) That one of the bailor will be a close relative of the petitioners who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3553 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 3/3 so on two consecutive dates, their bail will be liable to be cancelled.
