2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 05.06.2024 passed in B.P. No. 733 of 2024, arising out of Brahampura P.S. Case No. 126 of 2023 by the learned 11th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
