The petitioner seeks regular bail in Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 221 of 2014 registered under Section 414, 411 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The police apprehended the petitioner and from his possession, one motorcycle was recovered, but the police did not produce any paper.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased the motorcycle from his friend Sunny, son of Umesh Sao, and Sunny is in jail. When the informant talked with Sunny, he disclosed that another theft motorcycle is with Raushan. That motorcycle was also recovered.

It appears that the petitioner purchased the motorcycle from Sunny, who happens to be his friend. The

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Warisaliganj P.S.
